It featured Edward and Bella's Twilight-Prom-Kiss!! :D

Have a look at the video below! (The Twilight Clip is shown from 00:16-00:21)

Declan Donnellan & Nick Ormerod talk Bel Ami & Rob @ JDIFF
We were there! (Bee & Jess)
The directors were really lovely. This was the introduction to the movie. There was supposed to be a Q & A but it didnt happen. Not sure why.
The movie is very good. Its hard to review without spoilers but it was very well acted, and for a first time movie for two theatre directors it was very well directed. Very theatrical. Robert plays the part of an un-likeable man filled with thoughts of lust, revenge and anger and boy does he play it well.
Its on general release on March 9th in Ireland.
Thank you to Kate from Robsessed for the video and for a great weekend :D
And it was lovely to meet so many Irish Rob fans from twitter and the site last night.

Bel Ami Screening TONIGHT in Dublin - All You need to know.
Bel Ami gets a 'one night only' showing tonight in Dublin as part of the Jameson Dublin International Film Festival. (can i get a squeal?!)
There are still a few tickets left, which you can buy by clicking here or by getting them in the cinema tonight (if they're not sold out by that stage.)
The film begins at 8:50PM sharp, so if you have tickets, you should leave early to make sure you get there on time and get a good seat, as there will be crowds!!
You can collect your tickets from the main JDIFF office - The Film Base, on Curved Street in Dublin - up to 6:50PM tonight by using your booking-confirmation-email. Otherwise, your tickets will be transported to the cinema where you can pick them up from 8:20PM.
If you are collecting them in the cinema, as you walk through the main Cineworld doors, there will be a small counter to your immediate left. This is where you should queue to collect your tickets - not at the normal ticket-box-offices (like I've done before - waste of time!)
I (Jessica) will be at the spire tonight between 7:30 & 8PM only for any one who isn't sure how to get to Cineworld. (Please RSVP to our facebook 'meetup' event so I'll have an idea of how many people to look out for!)
We'll then head on over to Cineworld where you can get your tickets and - hopefully - good seats!
After the screening, the two film directors, Declan Donnellan and Nick Ormerod will hold a Q&A with the audience, (Sorry, ladies, Rob is in L.A. after the Berlin-Premiere) so - if you have any questions and don't mind asking them in front of others - make sure to stay in your seat until after the credits have rolled! :)
That's all I can think of at the moment. If you have any more questions, feel free to comment below or on our Facebook page, or tweet us at @irishtwisisters.
We hope to see you tonight! :D

ThisIsLondon: The nasty side of R Patz
ThisIsLondon.co.uk has featured a small piece on Robert Pattinson's 'Bel Ami'. Check it out below!
All grown up: Robert Pattinson plays a villain in his new film, Bel Ami |
Having made his name as Harry Potter, Daniel Radcliffe must now spend the years ahead stamping on his childhood image. He could take a lesson from Robert Pattinson, who appears in the astonishing new film Bel Ami, as the most charismatically repellent leading man I can recall. He makes Valmont in Les Liaisons Dangereuses look like a puppy. In another piece of counter-casting, Kristin Scott Thomas plays a lovesick matron, humiliatingly scorned. It is an unsettling premise that a handsome young man can pick off the wives of powerful men. Newspaper proprietors and politicians will keep a much closer eye on their domestic arrangements after seeing this film.
*SQUEALS* Bel Ami just keeps getting AMAZING reviews!
Are you going to see it this weekend?
We're meeting up before it in Dublin if you're interested! Click here for details.

Alt Film reviews Robert Pattinson during the Bel Ami Scenes
I'm sure you all agree that Rob showed a lot of range in the 5 new Bel Ami scenes we got earlier today, and Alt Film Guide is the first non-fandom site to give it positive remarks. Read out an exerpt below:
Set in a church, in the first scene Pattinson's ambitious ex-soldier Georges Duroy plays (very determinedly) a game of seduction with Older Woman Kristin Scott Thomas. In the second, Pattinson convincingly plays a drunk Duroy in a cabaret. That's when he runs into the obnoxious publisher Charles Forestier, who will inadvertently assist Duroy in his ascent in Parisian society.
The third scene is set at the Forrestier dinner table. The issue of class is all too apparent — Duroy doesn't know which knife to use — and so are the various seduction games despite all the surface talk about life in the desert and French colonial politics. Even though Pattinson, Christina Ricci, and Uma Thurman are perfectly fine —Pattinson's facial expressions, a mix of shyness and self-assertion, are particularly impressive — the scene-stealer here is Scott Thomas: "I was told that the [desert] sands … sing?"
In the fourth scene, Duroy performs a different sort of seduction, as a little girl falls for her playful "bel ami." The brief follow-up scene features Pattinson/Duroy and his conquest Ricci/Clotilde de Marelle in his dingy apartment.
Though a low-budget production, Bel Ami — as its trailer (and even its poster) promised — is gorgeous to look at.

Stephenie Meyers 'The Host': Which characters are left to cast?
As it stands, here's the list of who's been cast for which roles:
- Saoirse Ronan for "Melanie Stryder"/"Wanda"
- Diane Kruger for "The Seeker"
- William Hurt for "Jeb"
- Jake Abel - "Ian O'Shea"
- Max Irons - "Jared Howe"
- Chandler Canterbury - "Jamie Stryder"
- Boyd Holbrook - "Kyle O'Shea"
- "Maggie" - She's a bit of a villain in the story, as she refuses to accept "Wanda" even after most people have come around to her. She's also "Jeb's" sister and the mother to "Sharon." She's got dark grey hair.
- "Sharon" - She shares her mother's distaste for "Wanda." She has reddish hair and is around the same age as "Melanie."
- "Doc" - He's the in-cave medic for the human group who helps "Wanda" at the end. He's tall and thin with blondish hair.
- "Walter" - This was one of the nicer and more trusting humans of the bunch. He befriends "Wanda" and even confuses her for his own wife after he falls ill. He's an older man with white hair.
- "Wes" - Human victim of "The Seeker." He's a teenager with black hair.
- "Lily" - Humorous and light-hearted human who gives "Wanda" a chance pretty early on. She's in her twenties and is described to have caramel skin.
- "Jodi" - Human who was inhabited by the soul "Sunny." Because of "Wanda's" information, her boyfriend "Kyle" mistakenly believed she could be separated from the soul. She's described as short.
For those of you who have read the book (and maybe even those who have only read the descriptions above), who do you think should be chosen for these roles?
Do you think any more of The Host characters should make it to into the film?

Based on the novel by Guy de Maupassant, BEL AMI is an erotically charged tale of ambition, power, and seduction that chronicles the rise of penniless ex-soldier Georges Duroy (Robert Pattinson — The Twilight Saga, Remember Me) from poverty up through the echelons of the 1890s Parisian “beau monde” elite. Using his wits and powers of seduction, Duroy moves from a prostitute’s embrace to passionate trysts with wealthy beauties who inhabit a world where sex is power and celebrity an obsession, and where politics and media jostle for influence.
Also starring Uma Thurman, Kristin Scott Thomas, Christina Ricci and Colm Meaney. BEL AMI is a timeless epic with a modern twist — a Dangerous Liaisons for a new generation.
