Declan Donnellan & Nick Ormerod talk Bel Ami & Rob @ JDIFF

We were there! (Bee & Jess)

The directors were really lovely. This was the introduction to the movie. There was supposed to be a Q & A but it didnt happen. Not sure why.

The movie is very good. Its hard to review without spoilers but it was very well acted, and for a first time movie for two theatre directors it was very well directed. Very theatrical. Robert plays the part of an un-likeable man filled with thoughts of lust, revenge and anger and boy does he play it well.

Its on general release on March 9th in Ireland.

Thank you to Kate from Robsessed for the video and for a great weekend :D

And it was lovely to meet so many Irish Rob fans from twitter and the site last night.

Bel Ami Screening TONIGHT in Dublin - All You need to know.

Bel Ami gets a 'one night only' showing tonight in Dublin as part of the Jameson Dublin International Film Festival. (can i get a squeal?!)
There are still a few tickets left, which you can buy by clicking here or by getting them in the cinema tonight (if they're not sold out by that stage.)

The film begins at 8:50PM sharp, so if you have tickets, you should leave early to make sure you get there on time and get a good seat, as there will be crowds!!

You can collect your tickets from the main JDIFF office - The Film Base, on Curved Street in Dublin - up to 6:50PM tonight by using your booking-confirmation-email. Otherwise, your tickets will be transported to the cinema where you can pick them up from 8:20PM.
If you are collecting them in the cinema, as you walk through the main Cineworld doors, there will be a small counter to your immediate left. This is where you should queue to collect your tickets - not at the normal ticket-box-offices (like I've done before - waste of time!)

I (Jessica) will be at the spire tonight between 7:30 & 8PM only for any one who isn't sure how to get to Cineworld. (Please RSVP to our facebook 'meetup' event so I'll have an idea of how many people to look out for!)
We'll then head on over to Cineworld where you can get your tickets and - hopefully - good seats!

After the screening, the two film directors, Declan Donnellan and Nick Ormerod will hold a Q&A with the audience, (Sorry, ladies, Rob is in L.A. after the Berlin-Premiere) so - if you have any questions and don't mind asking them in front of others - make sure to stay in your seat until after the credits have rolled! :)

That's all I can think of at the moment. If you have any more questions, feel free to comment below or on our Facebook page, or tweet us at @irishtwisisters.

We hope to see you tonight! :D

ThisIsLondon: The nasty side of R Patz

ThisIsLondon.co.uk has featured a small piece on Robert Pattinson's 'Bel Ami'. Check it out below!

All grown up: Robert Pattinson plays a villain in his new film, Bel Ami
Having made his name as Harry Potter, Daniel Radcliffe must now spend the years ahead stamping on his childhood image. He could take a lesson from Robert Pattinson, who appears in the astonishing new film Bel Ami, as the most charismatically repellent leading man I can recall. He makes Valmont in Les Liaisons Dangereuses look like a puppy. In another piece of counter-casting, Kristin Scott Thomas plays a lovesick matron, humiliatingly scorned. It is an unsettling premise that a handsome young man can pick off the wives of powerful men. Newspaper proprietors and politicians will keep a much closer eye on their domestic arrangements after seeing this film.
*SQUEALS* Bel Ami just keeps getting AMAZING reviews!
Are you going to see it this weekend?
We're meeting up before it in Dublin if you're interested! Click here for details.
